Payment

1. Deposit upon booking.

2. Confirmation with deposit within 3 days of request.

3. The balance is due upon arrival after viewing the house.

4. Preferred payment methods: Paypal or cash.

5. Cancellations are made within 14 days prior to the stay. There is no refund of the deposit.

6. If you are unable to stay overnight, you can request a later date (subject to availability) without having to make a new deposit.
